    Waited in line with 8-10 other customers at the checkout while one person served us, meanwhile I looked across and saw 3 staff standing around chatting. I finally got called to the exchange and returns counter and I mentioned that maybe they should put a "checkout " sign on their counter to which the checkout girl rudely snapped " we have, it says exchange and returns " nice manners ....NOT!!!
